Frequently Asked Questions
Open the app → tap your profile avatar → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then you move to the Free plan. You won't be charged again.
This can happen if the payment went through but the subscription didn't activate properly. Email support@prinda.ai with the email address on your account and we'll sort it out manually within 1 business day.
For subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively — contact them directly. For web purchases, email support@prinda.ai within 14 days and we'll review your request.
When you request suggestions for a person, we send their name, interests, country, budget, and the occasion to an AI model. The AI generates ideas based on those inputs. Suggestions are not endorsements — always check prices and availability before buying.
You'll receive an invite notification in the app (or by email). Open the app, go to the Invites section, and accept. If you don't have an account yet, create one with the same email the invite was sent to.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely with Row Level Security — you can only access your own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account from inside the app: tap your profile avatar → Settings → Delete Account. All your data is removed within 30 days. If you can't access your account, use our account deletion request form.
