Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your Prinda account and all associated data at any time.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your gift lists, people, occasions, AI suggestions, and personal information. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All gift lists and gift items you've created
- All people and occasions you've added
- AI gift suggestions generated for your account
- Gift groups you've created (members will be notified)
- Your profile information (name, avatar, interests)
- All feedback and feature requests
Data is removed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Sign in → tap your profile → Settings → Delete Account. Instant, no waiting.

Fill in the form below and we'll send a confirmation to your email address before deleting anything.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your personal data.
